  3. Slowly rotate your upper body to one side.

  5. Return to the center and repeat on the opposite side.

  6. Complete 8 to 10 repetitions per side.

Cat-Cow Stretch

This exercise improves mobility throughout the spine and chest.

How to perform:

  1. Begin on your hands and knees.

  2. Round your back while tucking your chin (Cat).

  3. Slowly arch your back while lifting your chest (Cow).

  4. Move smoothly through the motion.

  5. Perform 10 to 15 repetitions.

Shoulder Rolls

Shoulder mobility often becomes restricted after rib injuries. Roll your shoulders forward 10 times and backward 10 times while keeping your movements slow and controlled.
